Circumstances such as strong winds or currents could prevent us from boarding (please note that rain is not a reason to cancel your original trip). In case of adverse weather conditions, we will try to change the date of your tour, or change your route or replace it with a land activity. In the event of cancellation, we will inform you by email no later than 21 p.m. the day before departure and we will refund your deposit. For any cancellation by the customer within 7 days before the date of your visit, we will ask you for 50% of the total price and 100% the same day.
